Eligibility for Refund
To be eligible for a refund, the all Viceroyworldwide product must meet the following criteria:
No return of refund for Ceramics Products:
- Ceramics and Glasses are non-refundable due to their delicate nature and individualized craftsmanship. We encourage inquiries prior to purchase.
Refund policy on Books
For books, we offer hassle-free returns within 3 days of receipt. We will assess the issue and guide you through the return and refund process
 Incorrect Item Received:
In the rare event that you receive the wrong ceramic product, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you or initiate a refund if the product is no longer available.
Cancellation accepted within 24 hours of placement of Post that no cancellation is accepted.
How to Request a Refund

Delays and Updates
 While we strive to meet the 15-day timeframe, certain factors such as intricate designs or unforeseen circumstances may cause slight delays. In such cases, our customer service team will keep you informed of any adjustments to the expected delivery date.
Cancellation and Refund
 Customization orders are non-cancellable once the customization process has begun. Refunds for customized products are only available in the event of a manufacturing defect or non-compliance with the provided customization instructions.
Refund Process
 Once we receive the returned ceramic product and confirm its eligibility for a refund, we will initiate the refund process. Please note the following:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Refunds may take 10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your working days of bank.
Non-Refundable Items
 Certain situations are not eligible for refunds, including:
